Terms of Service

1. The Service

BlocPack is a marketplace that connects content creators with brands for marketing campaigns. Creators build a profile and may connect their social accounts to verify metrics. Brands browse aggregated, anonymized creator data and submit campaign requests. BlocPack facilitates matching between the two.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate others or provide false metrics.

3. Creator Obligations

• You confirm you own or control the social accounts you connect.
• You agree your verified metrics may be shared in aggregated form with brands.
• You set your own rates; BlocPack does not guarantee any campaign or income.
• You will deliver agreed content in good faith for campaigns you accept.

4. Brand Obligations

• You will use creator data only to evaluate and run legitimate marketing campaigns.
• You will not attempt to identify, contact, or scrape individual creators outside the Service.
• You are responsible for the content and legality of your campaigns.

5. Identity Protection

A core principle of BlocPack is creator privacy. Brands see aggregated and anonymized data only. Individual creator identities are disclosed solely when a creator consents to a specific campaign. Circumventing this protection is a material breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights, including platform (Meta, TikTok) terms.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Inflate metrics through bots, fake engagement, or fraudulent means.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by BlocPack LLC. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant BlocPack a limited license to display your profile data as needed to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BlocPack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the prior twelve months.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes & Contact
