Data Deletion Instructions

BlocPack LLC lets creators connect their Instagram professional account to share their public username and follower count with our creator-to-brand marketplace. This page explains how to delete that data.
What we store
When you connect Instagram, we store your Instagram username, follower count, and an access token used only to read those values. We do not post, message, comment on, or modify anything on your account.
How to request deletion
You can delete your connected Instagram data at any time in either of these ways:
- Disconnect one platform: open your creator profile and disconnect your Instagram account. This removes the stored token, username, and follower count linked to that connection, and leaves the rest of your BlocPack account intact.
- Delete your whole account: open your creator profile, scroll to the bottom and choose “Eliminar mi cuenta”. This deletes every connected platform token, your creator profile and your login, immediately and without waiting for a support reply.
- By email: send a request from your account email to info@blocpack.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the Instagram username you connected.
What happens next
We delete the associated data (access token, Instagram username, and follower count) within 30 days of the request and confirm by email. If you also want your entire BlocPack creator profile removed, say so in the request and we will delete the full account record.
